We have a sunny street-facing room available for rent 1/1/2023 (earlier move in possible if necessary). Our apartment is a ground floor duplex with a basement and backyard. Kelli lives in half of the basement, and the other half is used for storage and office space. There’s a ton of space in the apartment, so it never feels like you’re on top of each other!

We’ve lovingly nicknamed the space The Lighthouse (see photos), and we’re trying to make a space that’s warm and welcoming and full of good vibes.

We have a large backyard with a fire pit, hammock and a grill.

About This Lister

I’m a 32-year-old project manager who works from home often. I have a dog, Pippin, whose two favorite things are cuddling and food. I’m pretty laid back, super social and love to hang out, and spend my time at home either working from home, watching tv/movies, playing video games, and going out dancing on the weekends. I often host friends for movie nights or potlucks.

Kelli is 29 and works in fashion ecommerce. She’s very sweet, has a killer sense of style, and enjoys going out dancing (we share that!).
