One or two bedrooms available for rent starting December 11 to January 26 - dates slightly flexible.

Apartment is a 3-bed/2-bath 3rd floor walk-up in a 3-unit building. Our unit has the whole floor to itself.

Both bedrooms are south-facing, so great sunlight, with big windows and balcony access. Rooms include heating, AC, storage space for clothes etc, a full desk, Casper queen-size mattress and bedframe, access to balcony. Rooms share one full bathroom. Apartment has hardwood floors and is fully furnished with fast Wi-Fi, good-sized common areas, lots of plants, rooftop access, and a lovely roommate, whose room/bathroom is on the opposite (north) side of the apartment.

Located near Humboldt - Withers St junction, 5 minutes walking from the Graham Av L Train station in Williamsburg/East Williamsburg. Very cool neighborhood area, walkable, lots of nice cafes (Variety, Land to Sea, Hungry Ghost...) and restaurants (Bonnie's, Beco, Lella Alimentari...) nearby. Our block is residential and quiet.

$2000/month per room (prorated per day, if more or less days) + $100 for utilities. Towels, sheets, and other essentials are available by request.

About This Lister

We are Columbia graduate students and filmmakers/creatives from Texas and Spain. You will be sharing the space with our good friend and housemate. We are also close with our downstairs neighbors (Apartment 2), who you will hopefully get to meet during your stay. We all love our building and consider it home and hope you do too!
