I am leaving my 100sq ft section in a wonderful, sunny, and respectful studio share across the street from the Morgan L in Bushwick! The space is shared between 4 other people - a mix of sculptors, photographers, painters, and digital artists who are all in the studio a few times a week. The building is very close to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

The 10 x 10ft section that is available is a dedicated area- meaning it is not shared between the other studio mates and can be configured however you like. There are two white walls, enough room for a large desk and storage, and ample sunlight pouring in from the large windows.

There’s another section of the studio that’s more for common use, with a couch near the windows, a mirror, and a large wall that’s kept clear for documentation or staging.

Other things to note:
- No use of oil paint or other mediums with fumes.
- There is no wifi
- Heat and AC included
- Secure building with 24 hr access and a freight elevator
- There is a slop sink and bathroom down the hall
- Studio mates use a google calendar system to schedule studio times
- Month to month
