I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate's lease starting May 1st. It’s a great location; less than 10 minute walk from the J & M trains and a 15 min walk from the DeKalb L and Maria Hernandez Park. The bedroom has a private on-suite bathroom and door to the (mostly) private large backyard. We share the backyard with the next-door neighbors who have 2 dogs, but neither they nor I use it, so you’d have it mostly for yourself. Pets allowed! This bedroom faces east and gets a ton of sun throughout the day. My current roommate is taking all her bedroom furniture, so you’d need to furnish the room on your own. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished with high ceilings. No dishwasher or in-building laundry, but there are several laundromats a few blocks away.
