Looking for someone (could be a couple, or friends, etc.) to sublet our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn, in Prime Bushwick.

Lots of light and very quite.

The apartment is one block away from the J train, Kosciousko stop (but far enough you can't hear the train) less than 14 minutes to Manhattan, Lower East Side. 20 to Wall St.

It's also a 5 min walk to the M train, a 10 min walk to Maria Hernandez Park and a 15 min walk to the L.

The area is surrounded by ton of 24h-bodegas, cool bars, nice cafes, great restaurants and nightlife.

It includes: private patio/deck, in-unit washer/dryer, central AC/heating, 2 private bathrooms (each room has its bathroom), a Peloton bike, big desks w/ extraScreen, fast wifi.

No pets, sorry.

Ideally looking for someone who can take it the whole time: Dec 24 till end of February but can be flexible.
