I am looking for an upstate to city swap, preferably a home with a good amount of space for a bedroom in my 2 bedroom condo in the city. I own a duplex in Bedstuy that has amazing light all day long, filled with plants and is 1.5 blocks away from the C train. There is street parking out front.

We live upstairs, so when you are in the apartment alone, you'd have the entire downstairs to yourself, which consists of the bedroom (twin bed), living room, dining, kitchen, balcony and bathroom. There is laundry in the basement. Photos show a curtain, but there is now a sliding glass door for the bedroom.

We're looking for the right situation, where we could create an ongoing schedule that works for the both of us. There may be overlap sometimes and I think with the right person, that could be okay. Someone neat, responsible and a great communicator is a must!
