This space is perfect for anyone that wants to feel at home in the heart of the city. A cozy studio apartment filled with books to read, movies to watch (Netflix,Hulu and HBO avail on the Apple TV) and meals to cook if you please.
You can even take a bath in the clawfoot tub :)

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building, no elevator available.
It will come furnished as seen in the photos, though some personal belongings will be taken out to leave more space for the subletter! The dressers will be left empty and available as well.
There is wifi, and as mentioned before, a TV with all regular streaming avail.

The kitchen has a working fridge/oven/stove. As well as all normal cooking wares including an electric kettle and a blender.
Bathroom has a shower and bath- no sink in the bathroom.

Located right by Katz Deli, Ludlow Coffee, the Ludlow Hotel, you are surrounded by great food/coffee/bar options as well as a 10 min walk to Tompkins Square park :)
There is a Whole Foods and Union market a few blocks away.
2 min walk to the F train, tons of other trains within 10 min walking distance.

Looking for someone respectful who will enjoy the space as their own. Also not too loud as to be kind to the neighbors.

Looking to rent starting March 15th. Minimum 3 months. Preferably long term sublet.
Would need to be comfortable signing a subletters agreement as well as paying first months rent plus a deposit of half months rent ($1500).
