This bedroom is perfect for anyone that wants a laid back, comfy place to call home base for a little while. It will come fully furnished with a comfy queen sized bed with duvet and sheets/pillows, plenty of storage in a large sliding door closet that includes velvet hangers, a high top table with chairs, and several drawers for storage also.

This space is also home to the loveliest apartment ambassador— Bowser the dog aka snuggle bug aka King of the Koopas. He loves making new friends.

The apt is super spacious and homey. Your room is 420 friendly. This is a low key space— the ideal person would be someone that is quiet, respectful, kind, self aware, and has experience successfully living and sharing space with others.

You will share the common area bathroom with 2 other people. They are both very awesome, kind, friendly people —mainly keeping to their room or out working. I have my own bathroom.

The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the C, J, and L trains. These are all reliable lines to be close to, making it very easy to get all around Brooklyn and Manhattan.

I have lived in my apartment for about 8 years. I hangout in the living room when at home— reading, watching movies, cooking in the open kitchen, doing projects, playing with my dog Bowser :) I manage at a restaurant in downtown Brooklyn so I am quite busy.
