Escape from the mayhem to Free France!

This is a lovingly restored medieval house in the historic centre of Villefranche de Rouergue, a 13th century bastide in the Aveyron department, Occitanie region. It’s accessible by train from Toulouse (1 hour 40 minutes), by bus from Rodez (1 hour).

The uppermost floor has a bedroom with sink and mezzanine space for writing or painting, and a very luminous roof terrasse with views along the Aveyron valley.

The third floor has two bedrooms and a shower room.

The second floor, kitchen with dishwasher and living/dining room

A full bathroom and laundry area (washing machine) and 180 square feet empty shop/workshop area are on ground level (first floor for Americans ?)

There are therefore a lot of stairs. Beautiful, but a lot.

The rent includes all utilities, wifi, electricity and water.
