Street is lovely, quiet, wide, down the street from the best biking path in the East Bay-Doyle street biking path perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride past parklettes, Doyle Street cafe, south Berkeley, Berkeley Bowl West, and can continue north by the water.

Cesar Chavez and Berkeley Marina nearby, Emeryville Marina walking distance, Bay Street AMC cinema and shopping center, Trader Joe's, Marshalls, etc. 2 minutes away.
