This room is in a shared home that has hosted artists, dancers and musicians and has been a warm and communal space.

The room itself is very large, wood floors. Comes furnished with a small desk, dresser, shelves, and a cot (if desired).

This is a queer/trans household and queer/trans folks POC are especially invited to apply.

Kitchen is very large with plenty of cabinet space. Unfortunately, no washer/dryer in unit but there are a couple of laundromats nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, about a 15 min walk from Prospect Park.

The home sits between the Church Avenue F/G and the Q at Beverly.

This sublet is for approximately mid-February to mid-May, with a possibility for long-term.
