My name is Silvia Pineda. I was born and raised in Mexico City and currently live in New York. Recently, I’ve begun reconnecting with my Indigenous heritage and am on a journey to become a traditional therapist specializing in sexual health, fertility, and pregnancy. I’m studying under the Mayan tradition with Kaqchiquel Teacher Nan Makuna Mawe.
My practice incorporates Masajes de Reacomodo (realignment massages), herbal remedies, and food intake guidance to help align and detoxify the body.
I’m currently seeking volunteers to apply and refine the techniques I’ve been learning. If you are experiencing any of the following, this complementary therapy may help:
- Fertility challenges
- Miscarriages
- Myomas or cysts
- Endometriosis
- Irregularities in menstrual period
- Prostate or bladder inflammation
- PE
This is an opportunity for personal healing and growth, and it’s important to note that the process can be deeply cathartic and, at times, emotionally intense. Please reach out to discuss details and determine if this approach is right for you.
Disclaimer: Participation is entirely voluntary. Before beginning, I will ask you to review and sign an agreement acknowledging that this is a complementary, alternative practice and that you are participating under your own will. This therapy is not a replacement for medical advice or treatment.
If you’re interested or want to learn more, don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m here to support you on this journey.
I’m Silvia Pineda-Martínez, a seasoned art director, brand designer, and spiritual seeker, originally from Mexico City and now living in New York.
Caring for my mother during her final weeks and witnessing her passing sparked a profound shift in me—a deep urgency to dedicate my life to something more meaningful. This journey led me to immerse myself in the ancestral healing traditions of my homeland, with a heartfelt mission to share their wisdom and transformative power with this vibrant city.
My spiritual journey began in my teenage years, eventually leading me to immerse myself in the study of Buddhism for many years. Along the way, I have practiced various Mexican shamanic techniques and healing modalities, like Reiki.
Through these experiences, I’ve come to deeply believe that we are our own medicine and possess the innate ability to remember how to keep ourselves healthy, vibrant, and whole.
My purpose is to nourish my spirit through service—helping others reclaim their power and reconnect with love. I’m currently transitioning from a career in design to one focused on service and healing.
