I've been in NYC for 26 years and now that my kids have flown the coop I'm planning to travel for a year. I need a responsible, good neighbor, who will take good care of my place while I'm away.

Rental requirements
Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required, as is coop board approval. The apartment is offered at a discounted rate of $5400 to accommodate the hassle of having to submit a board package.
Pets Policy
Dogs could be allowed - depending. No cats - we are terribly allergic and can have cats on the furniture ever!
