We are a queer couple that has been living in this apartment for the past two years. We have two cats and have loved living in this space, working from home and hosting events + guests. In our home, you'll find our love for books, music, art, board games, and sports on full display.

Rental requirements
Security deposit and a signed lease agreement will be required. Ideally open to cat-sitting - can be negotiated. For petcare, we'd be open to giving up to 15% off of our listing, which would be equivalent to $525 off per month. Tenants would still be responsible for utilities and we would still cover all the costs for the cats.
