The space has its own bathroom with shower, own entrance, backyard access and 3 large sunny windows. You can use the small room as a bedroom, office, craft studio, gym ect and have your own living room or add a privacy wall and use the main space as your bedroom- there is freedom to make it your own.

Images currently show some furniture left over from previous tenant but the space will be cleared out completely for Nov 1st Move in.

Monthly rent includes utilities and bills!

You will share the upstairs/kitchen space with myself- a 36 year old single female and 2 cats. I work in fashion as a stylist and have a flexible schedule, sometimes I'm home a lot and other times I'm not there for weeks or months. I prefer to keep home a calm, tidy space and don't often cook, host or have parties. Looking for like minded individuals-female preffered.
