Hi all! My husband and I are moving and need someone to take over our lease from November 1, 2024, to July 1, 2025. I'm about 90% certain the apartment is rent-stabilized, but we can double-check with the landlord. The landlord didn't raise the rent during our last lease signing. The lease can likely be renewed in July!

This is a one-bedroom apartment with exposed brick and original details. It's located on the first floor and in the back of the building, so there isn't too much street noise. The windows overlook some backyard trees, giving the apartment an extra homey vibe.

About This Lister
My husband and I met while apartment hunting, which led to him renting this apartment. Had we known we were going to get married, we would have saved the hassle and gotten a bigger place to begin with! This space is great for a couple, but we have a teenager, and we need a proper two-bedroom!

Rental requirements
I still have to verify with the landlord, but you'll probably need the basics: paychecks/proof of income, bank statements, etc. Best of all, this apartment has no fee! So First month and security is needed to move in: $4780
Pets Policy
We have a cat and dog, plus there are lots of other dogs in the building. I'm sure your pet will be okay! For dog owners- it's a great apartment because it's on the first floor (great for easy potty breaks), AND there's a long entrance hallway for your dog or cat to play in!
