Ranch-style boulder home on almost 1/4 acre (10,000 sq ft.). Walking distance to restaurants and shops on pearl street and 28th street.
3 bed, 3 bathroom open floor plan. The place is partially furnished with the owner’s furniture. This includes a couch, coffee table, TV, side tables, outdoor furniture, grill and kitchenware among some other small items. We can also leave one bedroom fully furnished with our furniture as well as an air mattress if you like. If you need more furniture, let us know and we are open to discussing what you need.
There is no garage but 2 parking spaces in the driveway as well as some storage in a shed.
About This Lister
My husband and I have been renting the house since June, 2023. We lived here with our 7 month old son and 2 dogs. We loved living here - the area is very walkable, the layout of the house is great, the master bathroom is amazing, and the yard is beautiful. We just bought a house a mile north and are moving in to our new place at the end of October. However, we signed a lease for this house until end of May so we are hoping to find renters to sublet from us!

Rental requirements
We would love to rent to one person for the entire period but if you only need it for part of the time, we are open to that. We are also open to negotiating the price. However, for transparency we pay $5k a month in rent.
We will have you sign a sublet agreement for the agreed upon dates and there will be a security deposit required at the time of signing the agreement equal to one month of rent.
