Apartment is a cozy garden facing and quiet space with a dedicated work area and fully stocked kitchen.
P.S. I can be flexible with dates but minimum stay is 1 week!

Rental requirements
Copy of identification, sub-lease agreement signed, and rent payment up front. I ask for $500 deposit which is set to be returned upon my return to the apartment and assessing the space. Internet and all other utilities are included in the price and will be my responsibility to cover.
