Decent sized bedroom for rent in spacious BedStuy apartment. The entire apartment (including the bedroom) has recently been repainted so the space is fresh and ready for someone to enjoy. Unit is on the second floor (just one flight of stairs) and the open room faces a private backyard and has a huge window that lets in lots of natural light from early morning into the day. Window also has a large fire escape off of it.

In terms of the living spaces, the kitchen and living room are two separate and spacious rooms. These spaces don't get much natural lighting so I've leaned into making them feel cozy and comforting. I've lived in this apartment for about 5 years now and am comfortable keeping to myself and my routine but happy to interact in passing.

I am a naturally pretty clean person and am really looking for someone to come in to the apartment who will prioritize keeping the space clean and will be responsible for taking care of their portion of things (dishes, etc.). Preferably looking for someone without pets.

Located in the heart of BedStuy, this apartment is close to amazing bars and restaurants, Herbert von King park, and much more. We're about 10-15 minutes from both the Bedford Nostrand G train and the Nostrand Ave A train and have lots of great buses nearby such as the B43, B26, and B52 meaning you can get to pretty much any area of Brooklyn with ease.
