The bedroom and additional room are both approximately 11x8, and the bedroom has a large closet. Feel free to use the rooms however you'd like, it'll be your own private space. There's enough room to comfortably fit a couch and desk, along with more.

The space can be available month to month (4 month minimum) or till end of the lease Oct 1 2025. Also, the space is unfurnished but comes with the blue couch in the pictures.

The apartment features high ceilings, tons of natural light, and the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so you'll essentially have half the apartment to yourself. The apartment also features a spacious kitchen and living room that will be shared.

I've lived in this apartment for 4 years and it's been really wonderful. The location is right on Franklin Ave and surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, and supermarkets (as well as a 24 hour full stocked deli that's literally two buildings away). There's a 24 hour laundromat a block away. The apartment is also about a 15 minute walk to Prospect Park and right by the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. The location is super convenient, only a few blocks to the 5/6, 2/3, and S trains and about a 10 minute walk to the C/E.
