Are you looking to experience Berlin and work remotely from the heart of Neukölln?

I am subletting (ideally swapping) my flat in Berlin Neukölln right next to the Boddinstr U8 station.

I will be finishing up a semester in the Cambridge, MA area and would love to find a swap for the semester, but if you are limited to 3 months because of the tourist visa, we could make it work to do Feb - May as well!

I would clear out all the living spaces (for clothing and books etc.) but I would leave all the furniture, towels, bedding, and everything you need to be comforable away from home.

I have in unit laundry, a small balcony, and two spacious rooms for living and working. There is a small space the courtyard for holding bikes semi-securely from the street. The U8 station is a 3 minute walk away, and the space is centerally located to some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Templehof is only a 12 minute walk away and great for dogs.

We could discuss training or access to my small makerspace at home if that's something you're interested in.

I am looking for a space in Cambrige (as close as possible to Kendall) that could accomodate 2 and a dog!
