We are subletting our apartment from February 1st till April 17th for $2.500 a month, all utilities included.

The apartment is a ground-floor unit with a private backyard. Primary bedroom, Queen size bed, smart TV, bathroom with tub, washer-dryer, open kitchen, dishwasher, living room with a dining table, and desk, 50" flat-screen TV. High-speed internet.

1/2 block from Bedford-Nostrand G Train, 10-minute walk to Franklin C. Good bars and restaurants, YMCA (they offer single-month memberships)
