The upstairs apartment features two floors- one floor with a kitchen, living room, dining room, and small office, and the second floor with two bedrooms (one California King and one Queen). Tuft and Needle mattresses and Quince sheets ensure amazing rest. Each floor has a bathroom. This apartment also shares the backyard. You can see the Hudson River out the window and it's a super cozy and light-filled space.

This apartment has tons of light, plants, high-speed Wifi, washer/dryer, great kitchen appliances, a brand new HVAC system, and great energy!

The unit shares a spacious backyard with the two other apartments, featuring a firepit, gazebo for outdoor eating, and views of the Hudson River and Washington's HQ park across the street.

The house is located around the corner from Liberty Street in downtown Newburgh. You can walk to coffee shops and restaurants in 2 minutes. It is also 10 minutes from Storm King, 10 minutes from downtown Beacon, and close to tons of amazing towns and hiking trails. All while being only an hour and 15 minutes away from the city.
