I am an actor and have several side hustles to supplement my income in between jobs. I don't drink or do drugs and am a non-smoker. I stay very active as I surf most mornings, workout, and have a disciplined yoga and meditation practice. I tend to be home a lot during the day as I don't have a steady 9-5 job. I consider myself authentic, kind, and respectful of people's beliefs and am looking for someone like-minded to share my space with.

Rental requirements
I will require and interview with anyone interested in moving forward. A deposit of first and last month's rent before move in. I am open to a shorter term weekly rate if someone needs a place for a shorter duration. A background check will be conducted.
Pets Policy
I have an 8 lbs. terrier named Molly who is great with dogs and people. I am open to a dog but it must be under 20 lbs and good with people and other dogs.
