It opens to a large kitchen/living room, with a flexible shared office/workspace next door. The bathroom is large and bright with a luxurious spa shower. The large garden and patio has been furnished with a big table and a grill, perfect for BBQs. The garden area is shaded by two trees (perfect for a hammock) and is teeming with plants.

This is a takeover of my part of a shared lease, whose term ends September 2025. I have loved living in this apartment for the last year, but am saying goodbye to live with my partner.

Your roommate Peter is a young man working as an architectural designer and fabricator. He is kind, courteous and neat. He loves to write, build, cook, and garden. We have cultivated a productive, laid back space to support a variety of creative projects. The apartment tends to be quiet and chill, but is flexible and great for all sorts of gatherings.

We are open to anyone willing to help maintain this lovely space and vibe. Collaboration to make the apartment perfect for you is welcome!

Carroll Street between 3rd Avenue and Nevins provides easy access to both Carroll Gardens and Park Slope.

There are fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars in every direction, as well as multiple gyms: five minutes from Blink, Movement Climbing and the Bouldering Project.

The neighborhood is full of creative activity, near the Power House, Textile Arts Center, the Bell House, Brooklyn Glass and more.

The Union Street R station is a five minute walk, and the Carroll Street F/G station is just 10 minutes away. Street parking is relatively easy to find, and alt-side parking applies only once a week per side.
