The title says most! I'm in town working a theater job that continues from January into February and March and possibly beyond but in the short term I'm looking for a furnished 1br/studio that doesn't have an impossible commute to Lincoln Center.

Ideally the space would be available for the entire month of February y with a possible chance to renew beyond that. Willing to discuss longer term but for sure all of February.

The place would just be for me. My work is remote and while home I'm not loud, enjoy drinking coffee and reading humorous novellas and Victorian etiquette books.

Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Windsor Terrace, Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, Greenpoint, are ones I'm familiar with anywhere with good train access and good delis also appreciated.
