About This Lister
I’m subletting a room in my apartment for $1,300 per month, plus a $1,300 security deposit. As an English teacher at a special education school, I work closely with students with language learning disabilities. I'm looking for a responsible and considerate subletter. I’ll verify income and request two references. We can arrange an in-person showing at a time that works for both of us.

Isabell is 23 and works for a fashion magazine, with one day in the office each week. She loves reading, cooking, fitness, exploring the city, and spending time with friends.

Rental requirements
The rental process for my room is straightforward. First, I will verify the subletter’s income and request two references to ensure reliability. We’ll arrange an in-person showing at a time that works for both of us. Once approved, the subletter will pay the first month’s rent of $1,300 and a security deposit of $1,300. We’ll then complete a sublease agreement to formalize the arrangement before move-in. This process is designed to be transparent and efficient, providing a smooth transition for both parties.
