Hi there! Looking for a professional, clean, respectful (male LGBTQ+ a plus, but not required) roommate to share my large, charming 2-story 2bd, 1.5 bath Spanish style apartment. The space was recently updated before I moved in and no one lives above or below. Neighbors are great and quiet. Pets allowed and I have an older, sweet pup, a Jindo-mix named Foxie Brown who is 17 y/o. There is a courtyard right out front and it’s a very dog and cat friendly building and neighborhood too.

The warm and homey apartment is about 1500 sq. ft. with original hardwoods throughout with living room, full dine-in kitchen, separate dining room, and half bathroom downstairs. I have new furniture already for the living and dining room, but leaving room for someone to add their own and make it their home too. Upstairs are the two large bedrooms, each with their own big walk-in closets. The room available can come partially furnished (queen size bed and cabinet if needed/wanted, but can be removed too). There is a very large bathroom (with good lighting ;-) ) with full shower and separate bathtub. Additional 2 large closets in the hallway available to share too.

Amenities include central air and heat, in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Great natural light throughout, and there is a private balcony, which is shaded by banana palms so it feels very tropical. Street and some permit parking, but always spots available. Quick Uber/Lyft pick up area. Incredible walkability to Beverly Blvd., Fairfax and Melrose Ave. Just up the street from The Grove/Farmer’s Market, Erewhon, coffee shops (Andante is popular), restaurants (Terroni, Jon and Vinny’s, Open Sesame, Escuela and Canters to name a few) and Pan Pacific Park. There are a couple Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and a Sprouts a short 5 minute drive away in either direction too.

Split rent is $1750/each (utilities not included, but we will split). Rent controlled.
