Rental requirements
1 month rent, upfront deposit, 2 references and sublease agreement. No smoking, no loud parties. Must be mindful neighbors. This is our home so the loft must be treated with utmost respect. We suggest that tenants use our house cleaner for bi-weekly cleaning. Preference for people who want space for the entire time.
