I am subletting my furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg for January. There is flexibility to move in early.
The railroad style offers light on both ends of the space. It's a 3rd floor walk up but that gets you to the top so there is no one above you in an already quiet building with only 5 other apartments. It's fully furnished including a TV with a firestick, wi-fi access, radiator heat & air-conditioning. There are 2 empty dressers along with closet space.
Residential Williamsburg offers quiet blocks while in walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and parks. It's a 10 minute walk to McCarren Park and only 5 minutes to the L/G trains.

Rental requirements
Rent is $3000/month plus $2000 deposit to be returned at the end of stay after apt is confirmed to be in the same condition as beginning of stay.
Must meet (in person or facetime) to see the apartment and ensure it's a good fit for the building.
