One bedroom available in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom loft in Clinton Hill off the Classon G train. Fort Green Park is a 20 min walk away.

The unit is on the 4th floor, but there’s an elevator in the building. This loft gets plenty of light and has high ceilings which is ideal. In addition to the closet in the bedroom, each roommate gets their own closet located on the living room. Room will be unfurnished. Common area is furnished, but I’m open to redecorating! There’s a W/D in the building.

We’re looking for someone that’s chill, clean, responsible and easy to get along with. Ideally looking for someone that does not work remote full time. Must be okay with living with a dog.

Move in is March 1 (flexible), but open to April 1 move in as well. Reach out to me if you feel like you’d be the right fit and we can hop on FaceTime/zoom. If comfortable, provide any social media!
