Looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 3 bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg. The apartment has a full-size fridge, dishwasher/microwave, and in-unit washer/dryer.

The room can come unfurnished but the current roommate is also willing to leave all of their furnishings for a discounted price. The room is small but very sunny with large built in closet. Living room/kitchen area has tons of natural light and high ceilings.

The apartment is located on Graham Ave in East Williamsburg. It's the top floor unit. Access to a great rooftop. Within a 5min walk from some great restaurants and bars (ie Win Son, duckduck, Brooklyn Ball Factory) and a 5min walk from Lorimer J stop, Montrose L stop, and Sternburg Park.

My roommate Tommy and I are good friends - we've lived together in this apartment for three years and have loved it!

Month to month sublease for a minimum of 3 months and potential to stay longer. Water included but internet & electric are split three ways.
