I'm a 27 y/o first year grad student (she/her) at Pratt's Graduate Center for Planning and the Environment. My interests are in Black Urbanism, equitable public space, and Indigenous design.

I've been living in the apartment alone for a couple months settling in and trying to find a housemate through word of mouth (not trying very hard), but nothing has worked out so far. I love it! It's not hard to get anywhere and the area is active but not too loud. The landlords live upstairs and are very nice/present.

I like to use the common areas i.e. sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen. I don't usually have the TV on as background but I do have music playing often.

Looking for a compatible roommate I feel comfortable talking to and sharing the space with. It will just be me and you so we need to be able to get along! I value the basics: clear communication, consistency/reliability, and respect.
