Greetings!
The bedroom of my cozy English style cottage, in the Hollywood Hills is available. It has a private entrance with its own patio, hardwood floors and privacy. The kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer are shared with me but guess what, I'll be in New York most of December thru April, so you'll have the whole place to yourself! You’ll have a parking permit so there’s no problem with street parking. Utilities are included.
There’s a full size bed with a memory foam mattress. Designer sheets and new towels. The neighborhood feels like a quiet Tuscan village and the neighbors are all very chill.

Getting here is easy off the 101. And you can walk to Runyon Canyon, The Hollywood Bowl and the LA Metro.

The whole place has a creative peaceful vibe. Move in/out dates are flexible. Extension beyond May very possible.
