Room will contain a bed, 2 dressers, and a desk. If you don't want anything i can toss it. Apt has a nice view of the Harlem river, mins away from 135th st 2/3 station and 138th grand concourse 4/5 train, laundry in building, pet friendly (even has a dog bathing station downstairs), and fenced in parking lot (for an extra monthly fee).

Because the apt is rent controlled, the lease is technically good until Sep 2026. If you left before then, you would have to let the management company know. Primary tenant is an LGBTQ+ educator and writer with a sweet terrier that loves people and other dogs.
