Our 1890 cottage is on a quiet street, nestled into the side of a hill in the heritage Rondout neighborhood on the edge of the Catskills in Kingston.

It is 1200 square feet, two stories, and has two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king sized bed and one set up as an office with an external Mac monitor and a queen-sized sofa bed.

There is a newly renovated full bathroom upstairs with a tub and a half-bath downstairs. The original 1890s floor boards are exposed upstairs.

Downstairs is open concept, and our kitchen and mudroom/laundry room/coffee counter area were recently renovated.

The living room area has a new corner sectional, a Roku TV, and a record player. The dining area has a table set for four. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances and an espresso bar. There is a coffee bar overlooking Shaupeneak Ridge. We also have an outdoor dining area on the bluestone patio, and a small backyard with a hammock, kitchen garden, and breeo fire pit.

The house is ideally located close to the creek, and 5-10 minutes walking to the downtown area, in the middle of all the Hudson Valley has to offer.

This is our primary home, so we will tuck away personal items but you will see our decor around the home. We have a new baby so there is baby gear available (a bassinet, etc.) but we will tuck that away if you're not bringing a baby.
