You also get your own private bathroom, and there are two tandem driveway parking spaces. Coin operated on-site laundry.

No smoking inside, but there’s a balcony where that’s okay. Building has gated entry.

Available for immediate move-in. You’ll have to fill out a $35 rental application and pass a credit check.

No pets, unfortunately :(
