Seeking quiet, unfurnished 1BD+ rental for myself (single 40s mental healthcare professional) and my indoor/outdoor cat.

I'm open to different neighborhoods, with a preference for west of I-75 and north of I-20 up to Smyrna (I'm trying to balance a commute to Buckhead with a need to be able to drive to my parent near the Marietta Square within 20-30 minutes). I'm also open to Midtown, O4W, Brookhaven, but have a feeling I might be priced out....

I work from home some days, and require a predictably quiet space to hold telehealth visits. I'm also looking for access to an outdoor, ground-level space (I love to garden), lots of light, and a washer/dryer. A house or end-unit townhome would be ideal--I'm a light sleeper :)

Looking for a rental period would be for 1 year with option to renew. My budget is up to $1800. Excellent credit, responsible and neat tenant, happy to provide references!
