I’m seeking a long-term sublet, ideally unfurnished, though I’m open to furnished options. A clean, organized space with parking and laundry facilities is essential. My schedule is fast-paced and unpredictable—I fly 50-60 times a year, mostly between New York and LA for work. Sometimes I’m away for weeks or months, while other times, I’m in town for just 24 hours. I’d prefer a location on the West Side for convenience to the airport and mountains for cycling, but honestly I’m open to all neighborhoods. Currently, I rent a loft in the Arts District and am looking for a change of scenery and easier airport access. That said, I’d stay on the East Side for the right space.
While I value privacy, I’m open to sharing with a like-minded roommate who travels frequently and understands a busy schedule.
I have a flexible move-in date (now-April) and am open to finding the right space at the right time. If you have a place that offers comfort, convenience for someone always on the go, I’d love to hear from you!
I’m a dedicated professional in fashion, working as a hairdresser with celebrities and on photoshoots. I’m also a creative partner in a small chain of salons. Since 2022, I’ve been subletting in LA, but now I’m looking for a stable, private space to call home when I’m in town. I do not have pets (but love dogs) or a significant other. I do not smoke or do drugs.
My primary home is a small apartment in New York City, but I spend significant time in Los Angeles for work (about half the year) and am an active member of the cycling community here. I’m very clean, organized. When I am not working I enjoy riding bikes, going to the gym, taking photos and cooking with friends. I need a quiet, comfortable place to relax and recharge when I’m home.
