I'm thinking of moving out of my current place when my lease ends this summer and would love to find another woman to apartment hunt together. It's a bit early, but just putting out feelers to see if there's anyone who may also be looking!

Dream apartment:
- BK Heights or Cobble Hill preferred (although I'm open to discussing other neighborhoods!) and close to the subway
- A 2 bedroom around $4000
- Ideally with in-building washer and dryer, elevator building or no higher than a 3 floor walk up
- May 15 or June 1 move in preferred

Dream roommate:
- Late 20s/early 30s professional woman
- Also have a rent budget of around $2K
- Clean, respectful, and chill

I'm a 30 year old Asian American woman who works full time as a graphic designer in advertising. I typically work from home 2-3 days a week. On the side I'm also training to become a Pilates instructor so I often spend my weekends at the studio!
