The large fenced backyard is great for pups, with a charcoal grill, firepit, veggie gardens, and fruit trees. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms, with a double bed and queen bed respectively. There is an office off the primary bedroom with a desk and a trundle bed. One off-street parking spots. I'll be gone for 6 months definitely, possibly a year and would Ideally have a tenant for the whole time, though I am open to shorter stays of 1+ months.
