- Last stop on the F, B, D, N & Q lines with a local $3 taxi line operating 24 hours / 365 days a year and takes you anywhere in the neighborhood.

- A short 2 minute jaunt to the Key Food Supermarket / 24 HR Bodega

- Ample parking if you need it!

- House etiquette is cozy, proactive, positive ions, all working together with tidy objectives and prioritizing a relaxed - good vibes kind of home.

- Chalkboard is how we communicate (ex. “help yourself to some pie” / “can someone help paint the steps this week?” / “be sure to latch the patio door when it’s windy”)
