One room in a three-bedroom apartment in Crown Heights.

The room in question is spacious and has wonderful light. We share one bathroom, a kitchen, and a cozy living space.

We're right by the 2/3 and the 4/5 is only ~8 minutes away.

The neighbourhood is lovely to live in. Quiet (except on Carnival!) a stone's throw from Prospect Park, the restaurants and cafes on Franklin ave are about 10 minutes' walk away. I am guilty of ordering from Chavelas, personally, about one million times a week.

The vibe here is chill -- the rowdiest it gets is maybe a fifteen-person birthday party once or twice a year. On an average week, it's more likely to be a friend or two over for a drink. No laundry in-building but I personally love taking my little granny cart for a stroll to one of the laundromats a few blocks away. We are what I call "chill clean", and we're looking for someone similarly inclined. Ie. we all feel mutual responsibility to keep the apartment looking nice, pitching in wherever and whenever we can, and we try to have a 24 hr-policy on dishes.

Z (35) is a filmmaker & writer, but her 'day job' currently is as a project manager at a women's bodycare brand. She works hybrid but loves spending time working from local cafes.
B (27) is a writer and performer. She loves going to gigs (loves Fontaines DC, Adrienne Lenker, Dry Cleaning) and moviegoing (masochistically planning on going to Megalopolis this week)
