I'm a 32 year old professional who's relocated from NYC to London with my cat, and I am seeking a sublet for 1mo before my lease for my apartment starts on Dec 6.

Seeking:
Ideally 1 bed apartment OR 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom (shared with only one other person).

Location: East London. Partial to Stokey, Dalston, Islington but flexible

Budget approx £1100-1800/mo

The perfect place:
- Double Bedroom with en-suite/private bathroom (if shared)
- Kitchen w/ dishwasher
- Modern kitchen
- Solid WiFi connection
- Leafy street/window view
- WFH friendly set up (some kind of desk)

Stay would be 1mo Nov 7 - Dec 6. Open to a earlier start, end of Oct - Dec 6. Thank you!

If Roommates:
I would like to share with other professionals with similar schedule. Who mostly play outside the apartment vs bringing the party home. Don't mind Female vs Male roommates, I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, would want to meet for coffee/see the space before agreeing to the stay.

About me:
I'm sociable but am adjusting to a new job from a big move from NY, so I might somewhat keep to myself while home to recharge (don't take it personally). I'll be in the office Tues-Thurs and work a highly social and stressful job in Tech. I'm a clean roommate, keeping any common area spaces tidy. I don't cook a ton but do enjoy a dinner in for ease. Don't mind grabbing a pint with a roommate!

Cat:
I have my 5yr old cat with me, Toulouse. He's lived with many other sublets and had five star reviews. He's an orange angel and doesn't damage furniture and has never had an accident, he adjusts quickly to new spaces. I would keep all his cat-things in my room if in a shared apartment. Can keep certain doors closed if the cat isn't welcome into other bedrooms etc.

Open to a pet deposit for peace of mind.
